This note is intended to provide guidance as to when the Corfton Road Nets are available for members to use outside of Club training sessions and other Club organised activities.
Members may only use the CR Nets when the ground is not being used by the Club for the Club’s training sessions or any other organised Club activities, including our holiday courses, unless, of course, they are involved in those organised activities.

Use of nets 2026

The CR Nets schedule may be subject to change, particularly on Sundays when Senior matches (such as knockout competitions) may be arranged at short notice, so members should check for updates regularly. Green indicates that the nets are available, red that they are unavailable, and blue/orange that usage is limited. On Saturday mornings, when the 1st XI and 2nd XI are preparing for matches, use of the CR Nets is restricted for safety reasons and limited to the smaller Junior nets only. Members are asked to give way if Senior players require the nets before a match, although this is expected to be infrequent.

While Senior matches are in progress, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and all users should be aware of the increased safety risks of using the nets alongside live play. If a ball strays onto the field, it should only be retrieved by an adult and only during a break in play to avoid disruption. At all times, members should remain alert, be mindful of activity in other nets and on the field, and cooperate with others to ensure fair and safe use of the facilities.
