Kew CC had won the toss and had elected to bat. One of the batsmen from Kew CC batted very well and scored lots of fours. Ealing's bowlers bowled terrifically but there were too many overthrows in their fielding and some balls went for 4. Luckily, they started taking wickets quickly between the 6th - 12th over. Everyone took one wicket each whilst others took two. Kew CC had scored 71 all out.
Ealings batsmen got off to a great start in the second innings until an early wicket fell and Yajur was bowled. However, an impressive partnership between Rohan (27 not out) and Ryaan (45 not out) led the team to victory (72 - 1 after 8 overs). Even though Ealing had won the match, they carried on playing until the full 20 overs were completed and scored a total of 148 - 4.
Ealing’s team decided Nikash was made Man of the Match due to his superb bowling (2 – 20 off 4 overs).
Kew Cricket Club -71-10.
Ealing Cricket Club - 72-1 and then 148 - 4.
