A balmy early summer evening saw the latest in our matches against South Hampstead, playing their B team at Corfton Road.

Both teams made a few changes, Ealing brought in a few guest players (Reuben, William and Magnus), none of whom looked out of place.

Ealing won the toss and proceeded to take 21 wickets in the 20 overs. Reuben, Jacob and Joe each took three wickets, Amay and Simon two apiece while Magnus took his first ever league wicket on debut. Ayaan took two catches, including the one handed which is a potential catch of the season! And there were run outs. Lots of them!

Batting was harder, the Corfton non turf wicket is slow and balls often stay low and the boys are less used to the incrediball. Still a few glorious boundaries from Myles and Simon in particular made the final score very comfortable indeed.
