On a somewhat gloomy summer's morning, the Ealing support was brightened up by a very good attacking performance from the team. Winning the toss and electing to field first, we picked up a good haul of wickets, with Devesh and TK the pick of the bowlers. Only a few too many extras put a slight dampener on proceedings but we restricted Chiswick to a very achievable total.

We then put in a strong batting performance right through the order. Devesh and Aryan, joining us from the U9s, opened proceedings with a very good 28, followed by Ted and Rian with 20. The pick of the batting came at the end though, with James R hammering an unbeaten 32, including a big 6, and we finished 122 runs to the good.
