Ealing cruise to victory

Winchmore Hill won the toss and elected to bat. Ealing started their bowling attack with Stow going up the hill and Barrett going down. Ealing then picked up another wicket which was also bowed by Barrett. As Winchmore Hill were 18 for 4 they had a lot of work to do to set a good total. Winchmore Hill’s 4th batter stuck in as Ealing were bowling well. Winchmore Hill’s number 4 and 6 put on 56 together then Connelly took a stumping off Faraz’s bowling. 10 runs later, Martin took a good catch off his own bowling to get out Winchmore Hill’s number 7. Martin then bowled an excellent delivery to Winchmore Hill’s number 4, who was on 49. This resulted in Connelly’s second stumping of the game. After that, Winchmore Hill’s lower order were swinging the bat hard, this resulted in a few big shots. Ealing continued to stick to their plans with Farrell at one end and Stow coming back on at the other end. Wickets started to fall fast with Stow clean bowing another batter and Farrell doing the same. Sivarajah came back into the attach to take the final wicket which left Winchmore Hill bowled out for 121 off 36.2 overs.
