Welcome to Shaftab Khalid

It is with great excitement that Ealing Cricket Club announce Shaftab Khalid as our new Director of Cricket.

Shaftab has an incredible cricketing CV having played for England A, Worcestershire County Cricket Club and various T20 Leagues across the world. Shaftab's coaching CV is just as impressive having worked with England U-19s as their High-Performance Spin Consultant and also the High Performance and Lead Spin Coach at Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

Shaftab has most recently been working in London with the Rajasthan Royals Academy as their Director of Cricket. In this role he dedicated his time developing performance frameworks and coaching programs working with boys and girls of all ages. He is extremely passionate about the development of Juniors and to provide support and guidance throughout their pathway to Senior Cricket. As well as working closely with our Juniors, Shaftab will be hands on with our Senior teams to mentor and hone in on the skills required to make the Club as successful on the pitch as possible.

Shaftab will begin work at Ealing CC on the 4th March following a tour with the MCC to Rwanda.
