This is the most important fundraising event in the Club’s calendar. We need to recruit at least 90 volunteers so YOUR HELP IS CRUCIAL to ensure that the event is safe and successful.

There are a variety of things that we need help with, but the critical period is between 5.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. on 4th November.

A priority this year is that we are again offering spectators the option of two means of payment for entry - ONLINE TICKET or BANK CARD - at all five entrance gates; but our ability to do this will depend upon having sufficient TRAINED volunteers. We also need people to sell drinks and snacks, and to act as stewards.

We will be providing brief training sessions for all roles ahead of the event.

Also, if you are able to help setting things up during the day or clearing up the following day, that would be extremely helpful.

Thanks in advance for volunteering for Fireworks night and spreading the word to all ECC members. This is the most important event of the year in terms of raising money for the Club, helping us to keep prices down, ensuring our facilities are up to scratch and allowing the Club to provide first class cricket coaching and equipment.
