Chad has made a massive contribution to the development of cricket at Ealing Cricket Club, but perhaps the most important thing he has achieved is to improve the quality of coaching at the Club and to develop a highly talented group of coaches to deliver the coaching programme he has designed.

The work Chad has done over recent years has been recognised by the Middlesex Coaching Association who have announced that Chad is to be presented with their award for Outstanding Contribution to Coach Development
