“Overseas Player” if either of following apply:
i) you hold a British passport but were not born in the UK AND were not resident in England and Wales for a minimum of 210 days in the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022
ii) you hold a non-British passport AND were not resident in England and Wales for a minimum of 201 days in the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022
