Good all round win

We finished our area league campaign looking to keep our unbeaten record intact but changed things around slightly. Ludo (33), given the chance to open the batting, put in his best performance of the year so far with a commanding innings including a big 6. Adi (19), Rian (25 n/o) and Philo (18 n/o) kept the runs flowing and we finished with 143.

Isaac (2 for 11) and Shivan (1 for 12) removed the opening pair, and Adi put in a very good spell (2 for 1). Dilan, stepping in from the U10s, took 3 wickets, before James, given a rare chance to bowl, picked up the last wicket with his first ball!
