Thursday is the dedicated 1st XI practice night where players can have a net on artificial or grass, bat against the bowling machine and work at their fielding skills under the supervision of Ealing's two professional coaches.

In the off-season, indoor nets begin in early February. Outdoor sessions begin at weekends in late March concentrating on fitness and fielding with regular nets sessions beginning in mid April.

Ealing Colts is one of the best known junior sections in Middlesex and now has over 300 boys and 80 girls. With Ex- Middlesex player and professional coach Chris Peploe along with Leigh Parry the clubs coaching requirements are in good hands.

Ealing CC pays particular attention to developing young players and has arguably its best ever crop of junior cricketers, many of whom are involved with county youth squads. Outstanding junior cricketers are invited to join the Ealing CC Academy which trains twice weekly during the season. The club is committed to developing its Colt’s players through to senior cricket for Ealing and hopefully to county and international standard. In the last 10 years, 8 players from Ealing CC have become involved with professional cricket.

During the school holidays, the club hosts extremely popular weekly cricket courses for boys and girls aged 6 and upwards. The courses are run PPM coaching. Full details can be found on their website PPM Cricket Coaching Website

Ealing CC also welcomes applications from boys and girls whose circumstances may hinder their involvement in cricket and may be able to offer scholarship places for coaching and courses.
