Foundation of the Club "In 1869, the
Rev.E.S.Carter returned home from Australia and was appointed to the
curacy of Christ Church, Ealing. In1871, Tom Hearne and Rev.E.S.Carter
founded the Ealing Cricket Club"

The Pavilion
"The new pavilion which the Ealing Cricket Club inaugurated at their
annual dinner on Monday, is a brick built structure of two floors, with
a balcony along the front of each floor, with aturret which forms the
scorers' box. Mr.J.C.Coode presided at the dinner at which many loyal
toasts were drunk"

The pavilion extension was inaugurated at a Sherry Party given by the
President, T.B. Entwistle, on January 25th 1973. Some 250 Members and
their Ladies attended.
